How to Book a Session

While I’d love to have an integrated calendar here, all bookings are securely managed through Zanda. To view my availability and book a session, simply click the “Booking” button above. You’ll see available appointments and then be prompted to create a free Zanda account, which helps keep your information safe and lets you manage appointments easily.

I’ve recently expanded my hours as I’m now working full-time as a counsellor. My schedule may be fine-tuned over time, but for now, I’m keeping things as open as possible to offer flexibility. Here’s a summary to save you having to check the online calendar straight away:

Current Availability (as of 8 December 2025):
 

  • Mondays: 9:30am, 10:30am, 12 noon, 1pm

  • Tuesdays: Fully booked

  • Wednesdays: Fully booked during day; may have a space later in the evening (please ask)

  • Thursdays: 10am, 11am, 12 noon, 5:30pm, 7:30pm

  • Fridays: 12 noon

  • Saturdays: 9am, 10am, 11am
