ADHD Resources, to go along with my Authentic Living Course
This page is some extra resources designed to go alongside my ADHD course on Authentic Living.
Although of course, it is also available to anyone else who happens to be on this page and finds the information useful.

Really it is just a starter to further explore, the journey could be endless but let's not disappear too deeply down the rabbit hole.
Kind regards, Ben

Module 1
Lesson 1 - 🌿 Why Have I Always Felt Different?
A feeling many adults describe is that other people seemed to understand certain parts of life more naturally than they did. Feeling different isn't itself evidence of ADHD, of course, but years of struggling without understanding why can affect the way we see ourselves.
This video, I believe, adds some subtle variety on the areas I have been exploring, the idea of course is you can go as deep as you wish on these things but this is a good additional starter.
Also a blog I wrote around this: (Read Here)
Thanks, Ben

Lesson 2 - 🌿 The Unwritten Rules Everyone Else Seems To Know
Have you ever felt as though everyone else was given a rulebook for life that somehow passed you by?
For many people with ADHD-style traits, years of missing expectations, struggling with seemingly simple things or being told to “just try harder” can gradually shape the way we see ourselves.
This resource explores what can happen when confusion becomes self-criticism — and how understanding ourselves differently can begin to loosen some of that shame.
Another professional perspective on how repeated struggles and expectations can contribute to shame and why understanding what sits underneath them can help us develop a more compassionate view of ourselves.

Ladies a lot but I feel
this is universal.)
*Oh and we will be going on to cover many of the other area she covers in later lessons.
