ADHD Types: A Useful Label, Not the Whole Story
Spend very long looking at ADHD content online and you'll probably come across a test promising to tell you your particular "type" of ADHD.
Some describe three types. Others offer five, seven or considerably more.
And strangely enough, I don't entirely disagree with the idea behind them. ADHD can look enormously different from one person to another.
